Hailing from Manchester in the north of England, Trusme grew up surrounded by the city’s rich musical heritage. Northern Soul, Punk, New Wave, Indie, House - Manchester was at the front of it all.
His love for music started at an early age where he dabbled with various instruments before studying production. Like many music lovers he was soon bitten by the vinyl bug and his focus shifted towards DJ’ing and digging for unique samples. As a DJ he plays with diversity, a style that comes across in his production work.
Trusme’s second album featured guest appearances from Amp Fiddler and Paul Randolph. He’s also produced an exclusive track for Giles Peterson’s “In The House” compilation on Defected, as well as working on various remix projects including LCD Soundsystem. Trusme’s come a long way, he’s making house music as good as it gets and his work’s turning all the right heads, and putting Manchester back on the map once again..

After our highly successful and very talked about session of Jay Shepheard last month @ Trinity, we are proud to announce Chinatown's head honcho, a Days like this sideshow for his tour of Oz, Brennan Green of Brooklyn, USA (Originally of Toronto).
Brennan is no stranger to our beautiful country, having graced the decks for 2 Mad Rackets over the last few years, he brings his suave taste of Disco, House, Deep-house and even a sprinkle of Techno and Minimal to the table for what is sure to be another rocking night at the lovely Trinity Bar on Challis Street!
Having done remixes for Lindstrom, Prins Thomas, Jamie Lloyd and Daniel Wang to name a few and even a first release on John Selway's CSM label, Brennan is much looking forward heading to the Capital after Days like this (Syd) for an intimate session for LollyGag Promotions...

Lollygag is very proud to present Jay Shepheard at Trinity Bar. It is fair to say we are bloody excited about this one, as the night is sure to be mega. Jay will be performing 2 hours LIVE for us, as well as a DJ set to top off his trip to the capital! Jay is a Deep-House / Disco / Tech-House extraordinaire who hails from the UK via Germany.
The night is free, come down and support the local scene and be one of those that will speak about this night for years and years to come!
Here is a bit about Jay Shepheard:
Following a long background in music from working in music PR and several years working at UK online music store Juno, Jay Shepheard first arrived on the scene last year with the release of his debut EP "Black Label 19" on Compost.
With the help of strong DJ support the EP gave Jay good profile straight off the bat which was built upon nicely with the follow up EPs "Black Label 28" released in December 07 and "Black Label 34" in June 08. All the three of the 4 track EPs received critical acclaim from DJs, music lovers and the press alike and earned Jay a nomination for Best Deep House act of 2007 in the Beatport Mucic Awards.
Aswell as his solo EPs on Compost Jay has also been busy with remixes and colaborations and is currently working with artists including Faze Action, Manuel Tur & Dplay, Roberto Rodrigues, Tj Kong, Robert Owens and labels including Diynamic, Four:Twenty, Glimpse and Juno.
Outside of the studio Jay is also building a reputation on the worlds dance floors, using a combination of DJing and Ableton Live to showcase new, unreleased and exclusive material at venues and clubs such as Fabric, The End and T Bar in London, Hive in Zurich, DIY in Hamburg and Harry Klien in Munich.!
